As a complete novice to the whole 4x4 world, driving off road was a first time experience for me. Hugh instilled confidence in me and with his encouragement I was driving over obstacles and terrain I didn't think possible. A fantastic afternoon in the beautiful Scottish Borders countryside. I will definitely be back for more and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants to develop their driving skills and have fun! AM Having been involved in off-roading for a number of years now, I considered myself to be a fairly competent driver, however I had not undergone any formal off road driving instruction. As such, I found the tuition from Hugh to be extremely useful, picking up several new techniques to help tackle various obstacles safely, as well as identifying some bad habits that I had developed in my driving style. All in all, a very worthwhile experience and one that I would recommend to novice and more experienced off road drivers alike. Thanks for a grand day out! RS The Farx4 driver training course was a brilliant experience which has increased my confidence behind the wheel immensely, as well as improving my car control and off roading skills. Hugh was full of encouragement and reassurance and the course has allowed me to use my landrover to its full potential. I would strongly encourage anyone who wants to experience off road driving for the first time or more experienced off roaders who wish to improve their driving skills, to undertake a Farx4 course. KG "Never having done any off-roading before I was initially a bit apprehensive about what to expect, and even more so when I saw some of the obstacles Hugh said I would be tackling. But Hugh was an excellent instructor and guided me through the correct way to be doing things, and by end of the experience I was much more confident in my own ability and ready to tackle anything......now all I need is a 4x4.
